Context
Lemet Stone sells natural stone in Brașov — countertops, fireplaces, window sills, stairs. Over 4 years, the company had built a solid offline operation, but online it was held back by a difficult process: customers called in or sent hand-drawn sketches for quotes. Turning a sketch into a real technical order consumed hours on every request and frequently introduced production errors.
The Challenge
Two distinct problems that fed off each other:

The quoting process was manual and overwhelmed the team. Every request by phone or email meant hours of work for a specialist rebuilding the piece in design software. As volumes grew, this no longer scaled.

Online visibility did not match product quality. The physical showroom impressed every customer who walked in. The website did not.
The Solution
We built a dual system: custom plugin + validation campaign.
SBC Calculator Plugin (the core differentiator)
A WordPress plugin developed from scratch and integrated with WooCommerce, allowing users to configure stone pieces directly on the site:
- 4 specialized modules: countertops, fireplaces, window sills, stairs
- Interactive configuration: the user draws the piece, selects the stone, and enters exact dimensions
- Instant quote generated automatically from the admin panel with dynamic pricing per stone and per meter
- Technical documentation: validated requests go straight into the production pipeline, with no manual rebuilding
- Mobile-optimized: configuration works the same way on a phone
The result: what used to take hours is now done in minutes. The Lemet team receives technically pre-validated orders instead of pen sketches.
Meta Ads Pilot — acquisition cost validation
Before scaling the budget, we ran an 18-day pilot (1-18 May 2026) on the AS1_Broad_Advantage campaign with Advantage+ targeting. Objective: measure the real cost of driving qualified traffic to piatra-naturala.ro.
